SEMrush

SEMrush is an online service that helps companies execute digital marketing methods, such as SEO campaigns. This all-in-one digital marketing program that helps you run SEO, pay per click (PPC), social networks (SMM) and content marketing campaigns.

With SEMrush, you can identify trends that occur within your industry niche. Audit your SEO on the page and help you improve your pages. This allows you to better understand your page and optimize it for SEO for better lead generation.

Rank Tracker

Rank Tracker is the most customizable position monitoring tool you can get. Website Auditor

Like search engine bots, WebSite Auditor tracks your entire website to find and audit all resources, both internal and external: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Flash, images, videos and much more.

The tool also allows you to track your site in the same way that Google, Bing, or Yahoo does, following the instructions in your robots.txt file, so you can view and analyze your pages in the same way that a search engine does. search.

SEO Spyglass

Find all links to any domain with the most updated index on the Web, SEO PowerSuite Link Explorer, exclusive to SEO SpyGlass.

To ensure that your list of links is as complete as possible, the tool also allows you to import your links directly from Google Analytics and Google Search Console, an integration that you won’t find in any other link checking tool.

Keyword Finder

Kwfinder is not a new tool, but when I tried it before it didn’t seem so interesting. Partly because I didn’t need it, I had gotten used to using the keyword planner, it had my system, and it was free. I tried KWFinder again when the Google planner started grouping keyword variants, and then stop showing the exact search volume.

Hosting

The hosting you choose will determine the overall consistency of the experience that your organic visitors (and all in general) will have when accessing the website. If you want to avoid server errors and page timeouts and prevent users from returning to Google to search again then you need a solid web server that you can trust. Ultimately, you will want a hosting provider that supports your organic efforts, rather than preventing them. SiteGround is a hosting that started operating in 2004. Since then they have not stopped growing and now have more than 400 employees and host about 2 million domains.

They are one of the few providers that offer availability guarantees on their servers (uptime). On their website they ensure that the support team is available 24 hours a day during every day of the year. Also, it seems that they care a lot about the loading speed.

Bluehost is the star of the Endurance group, a conglomerate that brings together similar services such as HostGator or iPage. Note this is a giant leap away fro HostGator. It is a huge hosting, with figures that impress. For example, they have more than 750 employees and host more than two million websites.  This web hosting is great if you need a lot of space or do not want to have a limit on the monthly data transfer. Another positive aspect is that they include the domain name and pre-integrate a connection with the CloudFlare CDN.

Authority Hacker works on the basis of producing Niche Authority Pages. Basically a Niche Authority Page is a niche page that tries to become a leader or authority in your sector. To give a simple example, it is not a typical page about babies’ bottles, it is a website that is positioned as a leader in regards to the niche of babies and also does not only and exclusively publish product reviews, it also writes everything related to babies, things like illnesses, parenting, pregnancy, etc.

These guys have the whole process completely documented.  Authority Hacker offers very good content, podcasts and courses to create niche sites. It also gives 1000 tips to improve your niche site and conversions working with affiliate marketing.

ClickFunnels is a marketing tool that tries to provide “everything” that a company needs to “market, sell and deliver” its products or services.

But to understand what makes this tool different you have to pay attention to one of the terms of its name: ‘Funnels’. This term of the marketing world, which means ‘funnel’, is its distinctive feature, as one of ClickFunnels’s main objectives is to facilitate the creation of really effective marketing funnels.

Ninja Outreach

Ninja Outreach is a very useful and simple tool that allows you to find prominent people in your sector and get in touch with them.

By entering a keyword you can find thousands of bloggers and prominent people in the sector that interests you. You can filter by tags like bloggers, influencers and companies. There are more than 4 million websites in the database that are continuously growing.

Link Assistant

Choose your prospecting technique from among the 10 considered most effective (guest articles, directories, reviews, etc.), or create your personal research method with the search operators you choose. In a matter of seconds, LinkAssistant will find hundreds of potential sites to get relevant links.

This is a great time saver for any SEO.

Hunter.io

Finding email addresses for link building can be a tedious process. Not anymore with Hunter.io. This app has a massive database of emails that you can search for via Chrome extension, their website or Google spreadsheets. It crawls the web and indexes publicly available professional email addresses. The data is easily accessible via a simple user interface to find the right person in a company or find how to contact already identified professionals.  Just check your own organisation!

Once you have your WordPress site up, you need a theme and framework that will allow you to do things like collect emails, format your content and overall make your site do what you want and look pro. Here are the top tools we use:

WordPress plugins allow you to add a great range of functionalities to your site, they’re easy to install in just a few clicks and can save you a lot of money in development costs. Here are the main ones we use:

Elementor PRO

Elementor is the page builder we use in many of our websites. Page Builders are very difficult to recommend.  You need to balance adaptability with overall speed (see hosting below) and some of the Page Bilfers put there WILL slow both the front end and back end of your WordPress installation.

WPForms

If you have ever had to build a form in WordPress there are number of plugins you can choose from.  WPForms is the easiest and therefore the quickest to set up.  A Drag and Drop interface couldn’t make it easier.

For simple forms, there is a free version but if you want to have something a little more complex you can choose the paid version and have all the fields you could want.

MonsterInsights

Monster Insights is a WordPress plugin that allows you to link Google Analytics to your WordPress platform without copying any code, not even the tracking ID. A couple of clicks and voila.

It is the most popular analytics plugin. It has more than 2 million active installations and a 4-star rating. Its ease of use and the clarity of its web traffic graphics make it a perfect ally for dummies and for customers who do not have a technical profile.

As the name implies, Genesis is a Framework.  A Framework is a work environment. A series of tools, structures or systems focused on developing a specific activity. In the case of Genesis Framework we are talking about a work environment focused on the development of templates for WordPress.  So we will have a system that adds standards so that we can work with different templates in a more predictable, agile and solid way.

SEOPress is Yoast on steroids. It offers a lot of free features, a better interface and pretty much everything you would expect from a modern SEO plugin. The premium version is very reasonably priced at just $39 (Yoast is $79).

Under some circumstances, we have also observed that Yoast can slow down the backend of WordPress.

Inspira Workspaces Madrid

Because of the nature of our work we spend quite a lot of time in Madrid.  We could go to one of the trendy co-working centres that there are in the city but we prefer to use WorkSpaces Madrid.  They have a full range of facilities including meeting rooms, private offices and co-working areas.
